We did a lot of research before appointing an architect, professionally I have used a number over the years but never for a personal project, I came across Nigel Rockley Architecture architects via a google search, reviewed a couple of Nigel's project and did drive to the locations to view the finished products to ensure the style of his work suited our needs. Friendly, Quick Service

Worked with Nigel Rockley Architecture on our extension plans. While I had a design in mind and drafted, Nigel Rockley Architecture made sure that it was developed into a buildable project and took it through the planning process as well. There were a couple of minor issues along the way, but nothing that couldn't be overcome with a phone call or an e-mail, and correspondence was generally quick and professional. Workable Plans

We have worked with Nigel on a few projects over several years. We build one-off bespoke houses and although we had (some) experience, when we were in the early years, Nigel 'held our hand' through the minefield of planning amendments/building regs etc. He was the first Architect we had used that actually took our ideas and put them into workable plans, rather than trying to get us to do some text book design. He has a good network of professionals, which is always helpful. We always got other quotes, but the people he knew were good, so I would have faith in anyone he suggests.

Nigel is very professional, approachable, and efficient. He's not the cheapest, nor the most expensive, but he is value for money.

Great Architect

We had a large conservatory typically too hot in summer and costing a fortune to heat in winter. We wanted an oak garden room with a vaulted ceiling but getting the height wasn't straight forward. Nigel Rockley Architecture not only came up with the design we wanted and overcame the height problem, they also put us in touch with a great architect. We are delighted with the final result.
